TEAMS
A
team will consist of no more than THREE (3) players. Teams may decide for themselves which THREE
(3) players will play each week.
No
one can play for more than one team per season. Any player dropping out cannot play for any other team within that same league,
unless the team ceases to exist in the league. However, if a player is
involuntarily dropped from a team, he/she may join another team. The team
captains will be responsible to notify the league secretary of any player(s)
they have chosen to drop from their rosters so that the player will have the
opportunity to play for another team. In any instance, a player will not be
allowed to play for more than two teams per season. No new members after 2/3 of
league play. If a team quits after 2/3 of play, players cannot go to another
team. Any team not showing up to play four (3) times in the seasons forfeit
all rights claims to prize money.
No players under 21 years of age are
allowed to participate. If a team member is barred from a tavern, an alternate
player must play for them when scheduled at that tavern.
MONEY/ ENVELOPES:
Each player will pay $6.00 per game
totalling $18.00 per team. The team is responsible for their money each week as
follows:
Home team: $9.00 in the envelope $9.00 into
machine.
Visiting team: $9.00 in the envelope $9.00 in the machine.
The captain of each team should make sure
the correct amount is in the envelope.
Your roster and score sheets will be
brought up-to-date-each week and returned in your envelopes. Current schedules
will be posted in each tavern. Please list our captain on your roster.

There is a mail slot in the front door on
Frederick going into the SHOW ROOM. You can put your envelope in if it is after
hours. Envelopes should be in no later than**** 8:00 A.M. Friday.**** If envelopes not returned by this time it will result
in forfeiture of all points won. Each team is responsible for envelope. In case
of a cancellation due to weather we will make-up those games at end of the
schedule.
SETUP AND SCORING
Each
team will have their score sheet and you will fill it out with players first
and last name. HOME team will always bowl 1st 2nd and 3rd VISITORS
will bowl 4th 5th
and 6th.
Each week the standings will be
brought around with your handicaps. If you shoot with a sub you need to to make
sure that you have the first and last name of the player and you must play with
3 players.
On pausing the machine while in play: 1.
Each person will be allowed to pause the machine 1
time per round. When it’s your turn please be at the machine and be mindful of
others.
Remember this is a fun time and I hope
everyone has fun!!!!!
PLAY
All
games will start at 7:30 p.m. (actual time) and no later than 7:45 p.m. with
each remaining game starting after the finish of the previous game.
First week will start scratch and then the league secretary will draw
lines on standings and after the first 3 teams there will be a line and they
get no handicap and then the next 3 and they will get 10 pins and the next 3
will get 20 pins so forth .
If a team does not show up to play your
team still needs to bowl their 3 games.
